Directions
Mix 1 stick pack in any flavored drink (our favorites - coconut water, arnold palmer & hot coffee/tea) or mocktail of your choice to supplement your daily routine. Stir or shake for 15 seconds. For best results, consume on an empty stomach.
We recommend starting with a single serving and do not recommend consuming more than two (2) stick packs per day.
Do not exceed a 3 month daily dose without a 2 week break.

When to take

While you can take Santé Blends Original at any time of day, for best results, we recommend consuming on an empty stomach. Our favorite time of day is at around 5PM or 9PM, after a busy day, to help us unwind and decompress. Santé!
How it will make you feel
You should feel the effects within 15 minutes of consuming one stick pack — a subtle buzz along with a sense of calm, relaxation, and social ease. If you’re not feeling it after 30 minutes, you can take a second dose. The effects typically last 1.5 to 2 hours, with no next-day hangover.
That said, some people may need a few uses to feel the full benefits. Santé Blends is made with functional ingredients like Noble Kava and KSM 66 Ashwagandha, which can become more effective over time with consistent use.

I've heard mixed things on Kava. Is it safe?
Kava is a plant native to the Pacific Islands and has been used traditionally for centuries to promote relaxation and social bonding.
While the FDA issued an advisory on Kava in 2002 related to the association of Kava and liver damage (which was subsequently archived), there are debates on whether the studies hold up. A more recent study published by the World Health Organization in 2007 provides counterarguments to the studies connecting kava and liver damage. In summary, the document states that adverse reactions from consuming kava products are very rare. The risk factors for these rare adverse reactions appear in certain instances, such as when using certain type of extracts, when kava is combined with heavy alcohol intake, pre-existing liver disease or consuming an excessive dose.
We use a very high quality form of Kava - noble Kava, and a CO2 extract - and use a fraction of the recommended daily dosage by experts (60mg of kavalactones per dose). Nevertheless, we encourage you to speak with your doctor if you have any questions on whether it is safe to incorporate Kava into your daily regimen.
